All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Mat Class with Props
Various props such as flex bands, Pilates rings, light weights, and balls are incorporated to enhance and intensify this Pilates workout. In addition, the instructor provides class participants with movement options and modifications to ensure that each person is working safely and at her/his appropriate level of challenge. With regular attendance, students will experience increased strength, flexibility, and stamina.

Booty Barre Flex and Flow®
The BootyBarre® Flex and FLow class is the perfect blend of deep muscle toning,fluid movement from ballet, flexibility from yoga,and core strengthening from Pilates. This class is designed in specific sequences that build strength from static movements and also flexibility from long sweeping dance-based movements. A flexband is used to work multiple muscle groups against the resistance. This dynamic class is a perfect entry level class to the Booty Barre® system available to all levels.
High Energy Athletic Training. Looking for that extra boost for endurance, core strength, and flexibility? This class is it! Athletic cardio intervals are combined with lots of abdominal, arm, and back exercises. The class concludes with balance work and stretching.
This class is conducted on the versatile STOTT PILATES® reformer, a specialized piece of equipment that allows the user to work out using spring resistance. We require prior experience on the reformer in order to sign up for this class.
Cardio Jump Class
This class is conducted on the STOTT PILATES® reformer with the addition of the jumpboard which allows the user to jump or rebound engaging the core and working the legs. This class also requires prior experience on the reformer.
Get those endorphins going and get active together! Bring your significant other or your best friend. If you are already a Pilates practioner you will be able to take this basic class to a deeper level. If you are new to Pilates this is a great introduction. First time clients are asked to contact the studio before signing up so any needed modifications can be discussed.
A dynamic flow class that seamlessly blends the practices of Yoga and Pilates mat. Get ready break a sweat, and feel refreshed after this fun, creative blend!
Get ready to sweat during this dynamic yoga flow class. Creative flows, blended with Pranayama (yogic breathing), provide a class that is challenging, yet deeply relaxing. The flow increases heart-rate, builds endurance, strength, and flexibility. Heat and intensity are generated through movement, however, it is appropriate for all levels.
Created for children age 3 to 6. This 45 minute class introduces Pilates and gross motor skills to young children using age appropriate exercises, props, stories and songs.
This mat based class introduces kids ages 7 to 10 to Pilates in a fun, non competitive, interactive environment. While having a great time kids will be improving posture, coordination and strength, decreasing stress and developing a positive relationship with their bodies.

Let your little ones learn creativity through yoga play! Short flows, are woven with story-telling, games, and lots of imagination! Ages 3-5. Pre-regisitration required.

Yoga asanas (poses) build strength, endurance, focus and flexibility. During each class children will learn breathing techniques that work as wonderful coping tool throughout any stressful portion of their young lives.
