Explore three types of sensory input—proprioception, visual, and vestibular—that aid in better motor output.
1/25/25: Lower Quadrant Stability
Use the Four Quadrant Stability Model™ to assess and improve your lower quadrant stability.
Perform exercises that connect and stabilize your foot and hip positions.
2/15/25: Upper Quadrant Stability
Use the Four Quadrant Stability Model™ to assess and improve your upper quadrant stability.
Perform exercises that connect and stabilize your hand and shoulder positions.
3/15/25: Moving Your Spine & Improving Your Gait
Learn how to maintain stability while moving your spine using the Four Quadrant Stability Model™ (Flexion, Extension, Rotation and Lateral movement)
Understand what is important to improve your gait and perform gait exercises.

This four-part Neuro Pilates workshop series is designed to help you move better both in and out of the studio, improving your gait, balance, and overall motor function. Developed by Meghan Koppele Duffy from the NeuroStudio, this method focuses on reflexive stabilization and utilizing the part of your brain called the cerebellum for improved motor output
Maintaining physical stability and coordination is crucial for daily activities and overall well-being. This series will teach you essential techniques to enhance your body's natural movement patterns through brain-based practices.
This series is ideal for both practitioners and patients/clients (Parkinson, Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Injury, Stroke, Hypermobility, Neuropathy, Aging, and those wanting to move better). The exercises are safe for those with Osteopenia / Osteoporosis.

Developmentally our body awareness, coordination, and balance are nurtured from the ground up. The standing barre work cultivates strong, adaptable feet and hips—a key to efficient, easeful movement and healthy aging. Soma Flow takes you on an exploration through all body systems, fostering a deeper understanding of the innate intelligence of your body and the interconnected relationships within. Pilates
Reformer Thursday & Saturday 9am
This class is conducted on the Pilates reformer. Invented by Joseph Pilates, this versatile piece of Pilates equipment using spring resistance teaches alignment and body awareness, and integrated movement. Reformer exercises develop uniform strength, mobility and balance.
Buff Bones®
In Studio - Wednesday 11:30am
The Buff Bones® system is based on a research-supported design and combines Pilates, strength training, functional movement and therapeutic exercises. It uses techniques to align the joints, enhance posture and balance and prepare the body for optimal loading of the bones, which is how they strengthen. It is recommended for anyone who has osteoporosis or wants to prevent it.
