STUDIO ETIQUETTE / COVID-19 SAFETY

Keeping you safe while you’re in the studio is our priority.

We are adapting to a changing world, and will continue to offer all our classes and private sessions virtually so we can continue to support and teach those who need to stay home to stay safe. For studio classes or sessions, we will provide a high level of safety by following safety policies and procedures.

 

Our studio policies and guidelines help keep our studio running smoothly and help keep you safe!

  • Please refrain from wearing cologne, perfume, heavily scented moisturizers, body sprays, oils to the studio. There are people with allergies.

  • Please arrive on time. We will not allow entry to a class if you are more than 10 minutes late.

  • Please remove shoes by the door.

  • Do not chew gum in class.

  • For safety reasons please secure long hair if working on the equipment.

  • Please silence cell phones. If you have a special situation and there is a call you cannot miss let us know.

Cancellations

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes and privates. Because we are a specialized studio our teachers plan for who and how many is in class.

COVID-19 Studio Policies & Procedures

Please review the Health Checklist before coming to the studio.

  • Masks are to be worn (covering mouth and nose) upon entering and exiting the studio. Once you are in your private session you may remove it if you prefer.

  • Masks (covering mouth and nose) are required for all group classes.

  • You will be required to wash or sanitize your hands immediately upon entering the studio.

  • Shoes are to be removed immediately and placed in appropriate area.

  • Please maintain social distancing while in the studio.

  • Please inform the studio prior to class if you have been traveling in the last two weeks.

  • Our beautiful EQ community is made up of all ages and some with compromised immune systems. Let’s look out for each other.
