Our holistic approach to strengthening and conditioning opens the door to so many who might otherwise feel overwhelmed by many of the “one size fits all” methods of fitness. We match our movement education and expertise with your goals and aspirations. We are skilled at modifications, creative solutions and the “how to” of getting started and how to keep growing. We meet you where you are and we work together as a team to create the change you want to feel in your body, mind and spirit.
Privates can be scheduled in studio and online.

Who Needs Private Sessions?
Private sessions are an excellent choice for anyone who needs or prefers individualized training and guidance. Also a wonderful foundational introduction before entering group classes.
Benefits of Private Sessions.
One on one sessions include an initial movement and postural assessment so that training plans can be created based on the specific needs of the student. Teachers keep track of progress, needed modifications, and are able to combine multiple movement modalities into a session.
What To Expect.
Whether in the studio or virtually, the first thing we like to do is get to know you. Your story, goals, and any other pertinent information not covered on the registration form. We also want to give you time to ask us anything you would like either about your session or us. We want you to feel comfortable and know you are half the team and have a voice in your sessions. The rest of your first session and onwards will introduce you to movement practices geared towards your needs.
